Mums and Bubs yoga is the perfect way to meet other new mummies while enjoying stretching and strengthening your body and singing and movement with your little one. Classes are held inside a clean, safe venue with toilets and is pram accessible with plenty of onsite parking.

Taught by Dani in 5 week blocks, Mums & Bubs yoga will support you physically, mentally and emotionally for the journey into motherhood. Regardless of birth, feeding and parenting choices, you will be supported unconditionally.
This Postnatal Yoga program will provide you with techniques to support you through recovery after birth with a positive mindset. You will explore breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and safe movement based on your individual needs.
This community approach to mums & bubs yoga is what keeps our students coming back, term after term and pregnancy after pregnancy. Both fun and educational. Join us now, all ages and experience welcome, however, best to have Dr’s clearance to begin exercise.
