Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga is a must for all mums-to-be. Join a beautiful community of pregnant women who understand just what you are going through. Taught by Dani in 5 week blocks, pregnancy yoga will prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for the journey through pregnancy to motherhood. Regardless of birth, feeding and parenting choices, you will be supported unconditionally.

Mums & Bubs Yoga

Mums and Bubs yoga is the perfect way to meet other new mummies while enjoying the fresh outdoors with your little one. Taught by Dani in 5 week blocks, Mums & Bubs yoga will support you physically, mentally and emotionally for the journey into motherhood. Regardless of birth, feeding and parenting choices, you will be supported unconditionally.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a gentle and nourishing practise, which enables the entire system to slow down, allowing for healing, relaxation and self-nurturing to occur. The session is made complete by the addition of soft music and flickering candle-light. Walk away feeling nourished, at peace and ready for a good night’s sleep.

General Yoga

Suitable for all levels, abilities, ages and genders.
