In this second level of the Essential Certification you will begin with a complete review of all techniques taught in Level I, in addition you will learn 90 additional minutes of massage techniques, including side-lying postures, Expanded Thai energy lines and much more. Must be able bodied.

Thai Yoga Massage for pregnancy is a specially designed sequence for mums-to-be as they experience the mental, physical and emotional demands of pregnancy. Designed with the goal of relieving stress and promoting wellness and balance, this program addresses many common needs affecting pregnant women, including relief from poor sleep, posture imbalance, restless legs, pregnancy related aches and pains, as well as anxiety.


Prenatal Yoga is a specially designed training for those that have completed or are in the process of completing their Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training Contact Hours.
Pregnancy yoga supports ‘Mum to Be’ students to stay healthy and balanced not just free from physical pain but also helping their mental and emotional well-being. This 3-day program will prepare you to confidently provide a caring, safe, relaxing and nurturing session for pregnant women.


In this 3 hour workshop you’ll learn to give a 20-minute Thai Yoga Massage.
